I had a great experience at Vivia. I bought a groupon for Vivia. I'm on my 3rd visit. The office is pretty and the staff is friendly. Tiam has done a great job explaining the procedure. There is a little pain, but it is not unbearable. I noticed some redness and was quickly offered a ice pack. Overall, it was a great experience. I got the feeling the staff cared about me and was not trying to sell me un-needed services. I will continue to use Vivia's services.

This is the BEST place in the Norther VA/DC area to come for your cosmetic therapy needs! I have been coming to Vivia for almost a year now, and I will NEVER go anywhere else! As soon as I walked in the door on my first visit and was greeted by the incredible friendly staff and offered something to drink (White wine? YES PLEASE!), I knew this was the place to be! The technicians and staff are wonderful at taking the time to talk with you about and questions or issues you may have. I was nervous the first time I came in for laser hair removal, but my technician was great at making me feel comfortable and relaxed. If you even think about going somewhere else for your cosmetics therapy needs, you need to get your head examined. :)

I was referred to Viva by a friend who has been going there for about a year. I was interested in the laser hair removal for my legs and underarm area. I was a little apprehensive about getting the procedure done because of my highly sensitive skin. I ended up going and I am so glad I did! The technician was wonderful and very patient with me. She knew I was nervous about getting the treatment and was very thorough in explaining what to expect during the treatment, results to expect, and explained they have the newest technology in laser hair removal. The staff was awesome in recommending me some really great products as well. I love this place! I have had 3 treatments done and the results are extraordinary. No more razor bumps or irritation and it has cut my time in the shower in half. I would advise anyone to go there for any of their cosmetic therapy needs...I know I will.

I have been going to Vivia for laser hair removal - which I highly recommend! It is virtually painless (it makes waxing look like torture) and barely have to shave. So, instead of getting a peel or microderm abrasion this year, I decided to try a few photofacial sessions. I must say, after one treatment - I am in HEAVEN! I could immediately feel my skin tightening and my fine lines are already dissipating. I cannot wait to go back for my next one with Tiam. My skin looks younger than it has in years and I have not had to do anything unnatural. Love it! Vivia is truly a neighborhood gem! I love going here and cannot wait for my next session!

Vacation R&R: While on vacation, I really wanted some pampering, and I found it at Vivia! I was fortunate enough to have a facial by Savannah, and oh, did I love it! She has soft hands that know exactly the tempo and areas of the face to massage. I was also extremely pleased with the products she used (which I can't say for some of the other facials I have had elsewhere). The office is friendly and inviting, thanks to Savannah, Farah, and Dr. Feisee. My skin has never felt better, and I am already planning my next trip back for more pampering -- and to try out some of their other services!!

Artistry: I have had laser vein treatments and facial treatments at Vivia; and while I know it is necessary to have a qualified doctor and clinicians perform these treatments, I have found that it is just as important to have people who are artists as well--a doctor and clinicians who take the time to be sure that treatments are carefully and beautifully performed. I have found just such a compliment of professionals at Vivia. Thank you Dr. Feisee and everyone at Vivia--you have been wonderful and oh so supportive as well!

Pleasant First Time Peel Experience: I have always hesitated getting a peel but I needed stronger results than what my current skin care products were producing, so I scheduled my first time peel with Savannah. She assessed my skin needs and suggested the level of peel I actually needed. Savannah is very knowledgeable about the products they utilize and Vivia stays on the forefront of skin care technology. There was no upselling of any products or services, which I really appreciated. The office is inviting and relaxing, and Savannah and Farah are both really friendly and especially patient. My skin looks great from my peel and I can't wait to try out Thermage on my next visit!

Miracle Workers! Vivia has been one of the best experiences of my life. Professional, clean, friendly and they produce amazing results! The laser hair removal has changed my life. No more worrying about waxing, shaving or plucking. I can head to the beach on a moment's notice and my skin feels so smooth. Definitely ask for Farah, she is the best!!! A Very Satisfied Customer I have received several treatments from Vivia including Botox, Thermage, and Restylane. I have been very satisfied with the results. When I meet peers that I have not seen in a while, I always get comments as "You have not changed a bit, you look so good." I will continue these treatments when necessary. I also like Vivia because of the staff. Savannah and Farah are always so receptive and efficient. The office is so inviting and comforting. Dr. Feisee is very knowledgeable with all aspects of procedures. I highly recommend you give them a visit if you have any concerns about your appearance.

Great Experience everytime I have been going to Vivia for some time and have had great experience every time I go there. Both Farah and Savannah are extremely polite, accomodating, and professional. Farah is my technician and she is amazing. She listens to her client's feedback and gives great skin advice.Over at Vivia, they care about their customers and want to provide services that will be beneficial to them. If you are interested in any of their products, I highly recommend you give them a call or visit.
